  • Soluna Sage is located at 221 Cherry St. Johnson City, TN 37604. We are located right down the street from the iconic Shamrock Beverage & Tobacco Shop, next to Johnson City staple, Alley Kat food truck, and across from the Johnson City Visitor’s Center.

  • Street parking is available in front of the studio. If all the spots are full, there are several free public parking lots close by. 

    Cherry Street Lot - Free parking is available in the large lot in front of Southern Craft BBQ. To get to the studio, walk towards Southern Craft, stay on Cherry St and cross Spring St, we’re the building on the left.

    Farmer’s Market Pavilion next to Founders Park- Parking is available around he pavilion. To get the studio from the parking lot, head towards Yeehaw Brewing and cross the street at the red light. We are located on the left.

    *Please do not park in the parking next to our entrance to avoid being towed.

  • We recommend registering for our classes in advance. This ensures you have a spot to practice and allows you to walk in and not have to worry about signing up. Click here to see our class schedule.

  • If you have a mat, definitely bring it! If not — no worries, you can borrow one of ours!

  • We’d love to practice with you while you're at home or traveling! To access our online classes, you can rent or purchase a single class OR become a member and get unlimited access to our weekly classes & on-demand yoga library. Join us for live classes on the Insight Timer App.

  • Yay! Thanks for taking a yoga class with us — especially your first one!

    If you’re joining us in-person, find a place to park & head into the studio. Check in with your teacher and let them know this is your first time. They’ll show you where to leave your shoes and personal belongings.

    If you’re practicing online, we recommend trying a slow vinyasa class in the studio library or the yoga for beginners series. With either of these classes you can expect a slower paced class style to help you connect with your breath and ensure proper alignment. Both of types of these classes are recorded, so you can practice them anywhere, anytime.

  • Wear anything you feel comfortable in — there’s nothing worse then having to adjust your clothing constantly while you practice yoga.

  • We offer a variety of yoga classes that can be found here. Since you're new to yoga, we definitely recommend a slow flow vinyasa class and our yin class. These are slower pace & perfect for beginners! We also have an online yoga for beginners specialty series, we recommend as well!

  • Specialty series are curated flow programs on specific topics. Each series has eight recorded flows and additional resources about the topic. Check out our yoga for beginner series!

  • No worries!

  • Yes, we’d love to lead a class for you at your business, workplace, or private event. Please email studio@solunasage.com with your inquiry and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

  • Yes, we do! Our group rate start for 6 people. Please email ally@solunsage.com to coordinate your group class experience.

  • We do! We’d love to do a one-on-one session with you either in-person or virtually. Email studio@solunasage to inquire about a private session. 30 min sessions are $45.00 and 60 minute sessions are $75.00.

  • Absolutely! Our space is available for private events, corporate parties, rehearsal dinners, book signings, and more! Please fill out this form with your event details & we’ll get back to you asap. Please inquire at least a month in advance so we can adjust our class schedule if needed.

  • Great question! We know that music can really enhance your practice experience! Here’s how to play music when also streaming one of our online flows:

    If you’re on a device that can stream music and the video at the same time (like a laptop):

    1. Open your music streaming app.

    2. Pick your playlist.

    3. Go to our studio library.

    4. Pick your class and press play.

    **If you’re streaming from your phone we recommend having two devices like a phone & computer — one device to play music on & one for streaming the flow. Just set them side by side. You could also use a bluetooth speaker that is connected to your phone.

    Due to copyright laws, we want to ensure all artists are compensated legally & fairly for their music. This is one reason why we don’t add music to our classes.

  • All of our teachers are compensated above the market & local rate but we know how common it is for students to ask us this question. So we’ve made it really simple! If you loved your teacher’s class, one way to show them is by leaving them a tip via our studio Venmo account.

    Here’s how:

    1. Go to @solunasagestudio on Venmo.

    2. Pay the amount you want to tip and in the comment put the teacher’s name.

    3. At the end of the week, teachers are compensated 100% of their tip amounts with their regular pay checks.

    We ask that you please tip through the studio Venmo account instead of the teacher’s personal account for tax purposes. We want to ensure our teachers receive 100% of the tip. Thank you so much for tipping your teachers! It’s one extra way to show them your kindness, love, & support.

  • We are happy to offer a full refund within fourteen days of purchase but we do not provide a refund after those fourteen days. Please email studio@solunasage.com to initiate the refund.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your yoga practice. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our students, we have established the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellation Timeframe:

    You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid any charges.

    No Show Charge:

    Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a no-show charge on your account.

    No Show Charge Amount:

    A no-show charge will be incurred for late cancellations. The no-show charge amount is $10.

    Credit Option:

    If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, you will be charged a $10 fee. However, you will receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be utilized for booking another class at a different time.

    Credit Redemption:

    Credits can be used for booking another class within our schedule. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Cancellation Procedure:

    Cancellations can be made through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly. Please ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation for your records.

    Exceptions:

    In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the studio management. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

    By booking a class at Soluna Sage Wellness & Yoga Studio, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. We kindly remind all our students to manage their bookings responsibly and cancel in a timely manner if they are unable to attend a class.

    No Show Policy

    We value the commitment of our students to their practice and strive to ensure that all classes run smoothly. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling system and accommodate all students, we have established the following no-show policy:

    Definition of No Show:

    A no-show occurs when a student fails to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation.

    No Show Fee:

    If you do not show up for a class, your card on file will be automatically charged a no-show fee of $10.

    Loss of Class Credit:

    In addition to the no-show fee, you will forfeit the class credit associated with the missed class.

    Automated Charging:

    The no-show fee will be automatically processed using the payment method on file within 24 hours of the missed class.

    Notification:

    You will receive a notification via email or SMS confirming the charge and loss of class credit due to the no-show.

    Appeals:

    Appeals for the waiver of the no-show fee and restoration of the class credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To appeal, please contact our studio management within 24 hours of the missed class, providing a valid reason for your absence.

    Reminder:

    We encourage all students to honor their commitments and cancel reservations in a timely manner if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.
