Our versatile studio space is ideal for private events, birthday celebrations, networking events, book signings, intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, concerts, workshops, and corporate gatherings. Available at an affordable rate of $100/hr. This includes a complimentary hour before your event for set up, an hour after your event for clean up, 16 foldable chairs, and 2 6-foot tables.
Our spacious layout measures 90 feet long and 20 feet wide, offering 1,800 square feet of event space. The original brick walls and wooden ceilings provide a rustic and industrial charm, while the glass garage door and outdoor patio (20x40 ft) offer a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
For your comfort, the studio features luxurious heated floors. Though there is no central heating and air conditioning, fans and the garage door provide ample breeze. There's also a loft space for added versatility. The main space is wheelchair accessible for inclusivity and convenience. There is ample free street parking and our studio is conveniently located near the Cherry Street parking lot.
You are welcome to bring in outside food, drinks, and decor to personalize your event. A licensed bartending service is required for all alcohol offerings, ensuring safety and professionalism. Event insurance is recommended for all public events. We can offer recommendations for additional affordable vendors.
