Anna first came to yoga as a way to cope with stress during her college years. She didn't have access to an in-person yoga studio, but discovered the convenience of online yoga videos and began practicing regularly. Anna discovered that mental and physical resilience can be found on the mat.
To take that learning off the mat, she set out to thru hike the Appalachian Trail. Practicing yoga along the trails quickly became a passion and Anna obtained her 200 HR certification to share the experience with others.
Anna approaches yoga and hiking with a similar sense of wonder and curiosity. She believes something is centering in slowing down, observing your breath, and reconnecting with nature and one's self.
